Alcoholic fermentation during 14 days in inox tanks,
with controlled temperature. The wine matures
7 months on fine lees before bottling with some
bâtonnage

Appearance
Bright, lemon-yellow colour.
Aroma
Phosphurus, grapefruit and silica.
Flavour
Full bodied with great acidity and fine
texture. Salicornia on the final moment.
