Vine: Planted on terraces in the Pinhão river valley using a bilateral cordon training system. Acidic and schist soil with some stones, located at an altitude of 550 meters.
Grape Varieties: Viosinho, Códega, Malvasia Fina.
Alcool: Alc.14% by Vol.
Vinification: The grapes originate from an altitude of 550 meters and were specially selected in the vineyard and promptly transported to the winery.The grapes were completely destemmed and carefully pressed. The fermentation process took place at a low temperature. The wine was aged during 6 months in French Oak casks.
