Scent: The nose presents very fine and delicate aromas expressing linden, acacia,
orange blossom, White-fleshed fruits, lime, melon, coupled with subtle notes of
nectarine finishing with very noticeable hints of minerality.
Taste: The palate reveals freshness and acidity balanced with a delicate and mineral
texture, which demonstrates a smooth and enhanced profile. Expresses
elegance, harmony and persintance with a long and exquisite finish.
Harmonization: Goes well with mollusks, grilled White fish, soft cheeses and cured meats.
