Montanha Sublime Branco Bruto (Caves da Montanha) is a Brut (dry) white sparkling wine from Portugal.

- Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.
- Food pairing: Excellent on its own or as an aperitif; pairs well with fish and seafood.
- Storage: Keep bottles horizontal in a cellar at 13–14 °C (±3 °C) with 60–70% humidity.
