The wine fermented at a controlled temperature up to 28ºC, for 8 days, followed by post-fermentative maceration.

Scent: It reveals very rich and intense notes of ripe red fruits combined with wild blackberries and hints of balsamic, married with subtle expressions of rosemary, dried fruits and spices.
Taste: The mouth demonstrates outstanding complexity, the wine proves itself velvety
and harmonious, with good structure and a balance of very fine and well integrated tannins, promising good aging potential. It has a long persistence and a exquisite bouquet, highlighting the character of its terroir and the
personality of its grape varieties.
Harmonization: Goes well with red meats, pastas, cured cheeses and nuts.
