COLOUR: Attenuated straw with greenish tones
AROMA: Predominant in notes of complexity, dry fruits toasted cereal.
TASTING: Complex, fresh with abundant crunchy mousse, delicate and with a long persistence.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming and gentle pneumatic pressing. Creme de la Creme, only 40% of the grape was u 50% fermented in 2nd use barrels. Classic method.
MATURATION: 11 years in bottle sur lie and 12 months after degourgement.
