Vinification
Has been produced out of a blend carefully chosen to achieve a unique, exclusive and impassioning wine.
Ageing: t has obtained is complexity and persistency while ageing in French oak barrels. After ageing the bottles have been submerged in the calm waters of Alqueva, where it maturated for 8 months 30 m deep.
Longevity: 6-8 years
Best served: 16º – 18ºC
