Consumer Customers (B2C) – Important Legal Information

The following information applies to consumers (B2C).

Business customers (B2B) are subject to separate rules as defined in the Terms & Conditions.

Orders and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier and are estimated at 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

An account can be created during checkout or on the “My Account” page by providing an email address and password.

Shipping details can be edited before placing an order. After order submission, changes are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details provided by the carrier.

No. Payments are handled exclusively by certified payment service providers. We do not store or process card data, in compliance with GDPR and PCI-DSS standards.

Yes. Prices include VAT in accordance with Polish and EU tax law. The total price, including taxes and delivery costs, is displayed before order confirmation.

Currently, deliveries are available only within Poland and Ukraine.

Orders are shipped in one package whenever possible. For logistical or safety reasons, orders may be split without affecting delivery costs for consumers.

Returns and Exchanges

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with Polish consumer law.
This right does not apply to:

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened (including alcoholic beverages),

  • goods damaged or opened after delivery.

Please contact customer support immediately, providing your order number and photos. We will replace the product or issue a refund in accordance with applicable law.

If goods are damaged during transport, please notify us promptly and include photographic evidence. Complaints will be handled in accordance with statutory warranty (rękojmia).

After submitting a withdrawal or complaint, return instructions and the return address will be provided by email.

Customer support is available via email or the contact form. Responses are usually provided within one business day.

Orders may be changed or cancelled only before processing or shipment.

Pre-orders are available only when explicitly indicated on the product page.

Business Customers (B2B) – Important Legal Information

The following consumer rights do NOT apply to B2B customers, unless mandatory by law:

  • the 14-day right of withdrawal,

  • consumer protection rules under the Polish Consumer Rights Act,

  • extended complaint deadlines applicable to consumers.

B2B orders are governed exclusively by the Terms & Conditions for Business Customers, including pricing, VAT settlement, returns, and liability limitations.
