Using the aromatic potential of Aragonez, this wine features, aromas of Grey Tea, mint, lemon and sage. In the mouth becomes fresh with good acidity, and a very elegant final structure.
Vinification
The best grapes of Aragonez, and the night originated this wine – Invisível (Invisible). The must is transported in refrigerated truck’s to the winery. Then, is driven by gravity into the cold chamber, where it remains to decant for 24 hours at low temperatures. After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and the fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 12ºC for 15 days.
Best served: 6º – 8ºC
