Vinified in a stainless steel lagar with foot treading at controlled temperature and addition of brandy to finish. Before bottling the single harvest wine, it aged in stainless steel vats during 2 years in order to preserve its young and fruity character. This wine is not filtered, preserving its genuine character. With a deep red colour this vintage has intense aromas of red fruits with floral nuances of violet. In the mouth it is dense and intense, without losing its liveliness and freshness, has a strong structure and a long and persistent finish.
