1 General Provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.          These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store Portugalski \u015awiat Sp. z o.o., available at https:\/\/portugalskiswiat.com\/ (hereinafter: the Store<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.          The Store is operated and owned by Portugalski \u015awiat Sp. z o.o., located at Al. Jana Paw\u0142a II 45A lok 38B\/2 (poziom -1), 01-008 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID NIP 5272684328, authorized to sell alcoholic beverages directly to consumers and businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.          These Terms define the rules for concluding sales contracts, order processing, data protection, and the rights and obligations of Customers and the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.          The Terms are available free of charge on the Store website and may be saved or printed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.          Sales are made only to persons over 18 years of age. Age verification may occur upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Definitions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Store \/ Service<\/strong> \u2013 the website https:\/\/portugalskiswiat.com\/.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Seller<\/strong> \u2013 Portugalski \u015awiat Sp. z o.o..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Customer \/ User<\/strong> \u2013 any natural person (over 18), legal person, or organization using the Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Consumer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person making a purchase not related to professional activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             Product<\/strong> \u2013 goods offered for sale in the Store, particularly wines and alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022             GDPR<\/strong> \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Orders and Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.          Orders can be placed via the Store\u2019s website, either logged in or as a guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.          A sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.          Prices are stated in PLN, EUR, include VAT, and exclude delivery costs, which are shown separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.          Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit\/debit card, cash on delivery, or online payment system (e.g. PayU, Stripe).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.          For business clients (B2B), invoices can be issued after verification of company details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Delivery and Collection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.          Deliveries are carried out within Poland, the European Union, and Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.          Deliveries are handled by PayU, Przelewy24, and similar on behalf of the Seller, or personal pickup is possible at Al. Jana Paw\u0142a II 45A lok 38B\/2 (poziom -1), 01-008 Warsaw, Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.          Standard delivery time: 1\u20135 business days in Poland, 3\u201310 business days in the EU or Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.          The Customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.          If a product is unavailable, the Seller will inform the Customer and offer an alternative, delay, or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 Withdrawal and Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.          Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.          The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or damaged bottles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.          Returns must be sent to: Al. Jana Paw\u0142a II 45A lok 38B\/2 (poziom -1), 01-008 Warsaw, Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.          Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.          Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 Complaints<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.          Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to jlopes@portugalskiswiat.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.          The complaint should include the order number, description of the problem, and contact details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.          The Seller will respond within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.          If the complaint is accepted, the Customer may receive a replacement, repair, or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7 Personal Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.          The Data Controller is Portugalski \u015awiat Sp. z o.o..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.          Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy available at http:\/\/portugalskiswiat.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.          Data is processed to fulfill orders, manage customer accounts, and for marketing purposes with consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 Final Provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.          All sales contracts are concluded directly between the Customer and Portugalski \u015awiat Sp. z o.o..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.          The governing law is Polish law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 For matters not regulated herein, the Civil Code, the Act on Electronic Services, and GDPR apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
